Giving

Art changes lives. Access to it should be universal.

I remember the first time a piece of art stopped me in my tracks. I was a child, and I didn't have words for what I felt—only the certainty that something had shifted inside me. That moment shaped who I became. Every child deserves that experience.

Through the Ader Foundation, our family supports organizations that bring art to children who might otherwise never encounter it. We believe early exposure to creative expression isn't a luxury—it's essential to human development.

"I believe that early exposure to creative expression shapes who we become."

Why Arts Education

Art teaches us to see. It cultivates empathy, patience, and the courage to express ourselves. Children who engage with art develop skills that serve them in every aspect of life: creativity, problem-solving, emotional intelligence.

Yet arts programs are often the first to be cut from school budgets. The children who need them most—those in underserved communities—are least likely to have access. This disparity is unacceptable.

Our Approach

We support organizations with proven track records of bringing art into schools and communities. We look for programs that don't just teach technique but ignite passion—that give children the tools to express themselves and the confidence to believe their voices matter.

My partner Jason and I involve our children in our philanthropic decisions. Giving isn't just about writing checks—it's about instilling values that will guide the next generation.
